Yeah I went for the same 6% I think - they say it needs a few weeks to cure. Did you get much cloudiness or trapped moisture?

Can't wait to see them on rick. Will look a bit different as you have the right size tyres so will look lower profile.

Thanks Mike, just thought do I need spigot rings? And I need to find my original wheel bolts, because I have spacers on mine, unless your running spacers?

I had rubbing with spacers but it turned out later my shocks were duff so that didn't help.
Depends how low it's sitting I guess, there is no room between the rear wheel arch and my tyre but that is with 265/30 which are wider and higher than your tyres so you might be able to get away with it.
I would drive with the spacers, but would rub a lot. Might be worth me trying again now the suspension is sorted though.
And yes you will need spigots. I got the both the metal and plastic ones and ended up using the plastic ones.

great ill try them on tomorrow and see how it goes, 255 30 20 are the same rolling radius as the 25535 19s so should be ok hopefully, balls hope i can get some spigots local tomorrow do you know what centre bore i need.?

Yes 255/30/20 is identical to 255/35/19. 265/30/20s are a bit higher though.

The B7 has a centre bore of 57.1 and the RS5 / B8 has a centre bore of 66.6

This is the type of thing you want:

Where about in the country are you Rick? I think I have a set in the garage.

No they're not - the sidewall height of the tyre is the same (255*35/100) but as the wheel diameter is 1" (25.4mm greater) the rolling radius will be 12.7mm greater.

Try typing the numbers into any of the many online tyre size calculators such as http://www.etyres.co.uk/tyre-size-calculator

Dave I've done this calculation loads of times and it has always come up the same.

Just done it again and still the same. Are you sure you changed the profile size and diameter when you did the calcs? In my experience if you keep the width the same and go up an inch in wheel size then a drop in profile (by one size) will give you an identical rolling radius so 255/35/19 must be the same as 255/30/20.
