So brakes(380 mm) and suspension now fitted. Glove/cool box mod done.

As you can see front bumper is coming along nicely. S4 B6 upper and lower is an original votex being blended together to make one seamless bumper. Also filled the number plate void as Audi wanted 135gbp.

Pm mikefish I'm sure he'll defo be your man to help there.
I never removed the backs, I stripped the rest away to oringally wrap them then later I did it again to paint them. Pretty easy to do.

Thanks Mike. Once we got the seats apart it was easy to see that the Dubai heat had made most of the pipes and plastic brittle. Have now ordered new parts from Germany, so yet another wait but at least we can get the shells painted.

Covered the downpipes in exhaust wrap to try to lower temps, also as the chargecooler sits right next to the exhaust I thought it would be a good idea.

What colour are you doing the seat backs or are you going cf like I did years ago.
It really looks good and worth doing imo 8)

Was just thinking and sorry if its been covered but don't think it has.

So what you are doing this must be quite a big money build project, of course I know you are
building something different. But can you get b7 rs4's in Dubai and for what sort of money.
Also with the building of it is it something you plan to keep for a long time as I guess it would be
maybe quite hard to sell in the future with most people totally not even understanding at all
what it is.
I Must say I am pretty excited to see the outcome.

I have a time constraint on this build and that's the 9th as that the grand opening of our shop here in dubai. So im body colour on the main seat shells and CF with diagonal weave on the side-opposite on each-sort of an arrow formation.

We can do the shells in CF but the molds would take 4 days alone so not enough time at the moment.

Yes we can get B7 RS4's here but only in sedan version; i bought mine last summer for not much money, the owner wasnt really fussed at the price. Over here like the US everything is auto so most people cant/dont drive manual. Most are 70-90k miles but its mostly highway/motorway and either Misano Red or Sprint Blue. Wingback seats on these cars you never see, so i was super lucky.

Kinda depends what you call big money, i guess for an Audi then yes but if i look in Europe at the price of standard RS4's then it works out ok- i can live with it.
To be honest, No i enjoy building them more-you know the whole "Built not Bought" thing. I'm not doing this for profit but i hope to break even-its something i wanted to check off my car bucket list.

Im sure it'll find a home at some point, much like the Lambo TT im building.

Dont worry, over the next 3 days youll see plenty of supercharger install action as the engine is going back in to the car. I say 3 days it maybe sooner before we get the car running again...lets see.

What suspension is that? Looks brand new (forgive me if you already mentioned before).
