Does anyone have a gbox removed so they can take a picture of the F125 switch so i know where it is and can identify it.

thanks

You'll have no trouble identifying it, it's about 3" or 4" across and has and oddly-shaped black plastic cover.
Here's a picture of one off the car:

thank you

Do you think that a gearbox rebuilder like Chester transmissions etc would put a new one on as part of the rebuild cost or do you think or would that be deemed an ancillary?

Many thanks

I would have thought the rebuild would be just the internals.

Another job to add to my unit 20 visit in April. If I can afford it.
Cambelt, full service and door locks visit.
I believe I am still on the original F125 switch

Think mine was roughly about the same but i had an Edge racing / ACE torque converter fitted as a precaution (stage 2 map). Box has been fine but did have an F125 switch a couple of years ago and now I get the occasional inverted PRNDS display. I have got a spare TCU to try when I get time and if that doesn't fix it I will change the wiring in the box.
