Deep Green B7 RS4 Avant

Post by fmb123 » Tue Dec 22, 2020 1:01 pm

I have just bought the below Deep Green Pearlescent B7 RS4 Avant after looking for the right one for over a year.

They are just sorting a sticking exhaust valve, which i spotted. Very excited at picking it up after Christmas!

This forum has been very helpful!

That’s very nice, hope your gonna take it to a few shows this year if we’re allowed. How many did they make in that colour?

I’m not sure - this is the first i have seen for sale having been looking for a long time.

Is there anyway to find out?!

I believe you can just google it. Pretty unusual colour only ever seen two before.

I saw a green one with a black and silver comfort interior a few years back in Peebles. It really is a lovely colour in the metal.

There was a low mileage one with the ultra rare factory 18" wheel option on Autotrader a few years back. 1 owner, silver interior, low mileage.

Seen another couple of green ones but they must be pretty rare. Up there with Imola and Cherry Black.

Still only the 1 Ibis White Avant though....

This was sold by its first owner early 2019 with 46k miles, while fitted with its originally specced 18” alloys. (Which I take as a good sign as to the type of driver he was). So I assume this is the car you are referring to.

The second owner must have upgraded to original 19” alloys.

Probably the same car then! If I remember rightly it was an older gentleman that had it from new. Did it not have wood trim as well?

The wood trim wouldn’t have surprised me with the rest of the spec - green, 18” alloys, no tints, comfort seats. So perhaps the 2nd owner also upgraded the interior to carbon fibre as well as the 19” alloys. Well he basically created my dream spec so well done him!
