Audi RNSE sat nav code does not work

Hi,
I recently purchased an Audi cabriolet b7, it’s a great car, I have bought a second hand RNSE sat nav with code, however when I enter the code it will not accept and locks out for 60 mins.
I believe it’s the right code how do I get around this problem please?

I don’t know about the RNS-E however I had a similar issue with the RNS-D on my C5. Take a look at my “how to” post, find your “Safe” line and check the voltage.
