So quick drc failed, strange, what was the symptoms?
My DRC failed at 1000 miles. Again at 4000 miles. And again at 13000 miles. Knocking. Ended up having 4 new dampers and 3 new accumulators. A pair of the latter fixed the issue and it was trouble free when sold at 35000 mies.
Wow, my car 2014 year has 104.000 no drc has failed, seems that newer cars has more problems
Actually early cars worse. They produced a revised damper design in 2016 to fix the problem. Accumulators have always been a weak spot and still are in B9 RS4.

Had revised dampers fitted on my 2015 fl at 35k miles, now at 80k and zero issues. Averaged 32mpg down to FOS from Newcastle, 352 miles on 3/4 of a tank with 100 miles left on range. not bad for 700+bhp and 1100+NM.

And get a car with ceramics, mine have just been checked last week and discs / pads are only 20% worn, some members will be into their 3rd set of steels....
