I don't think I'll ever be rich!!!
Give me your daughter and PE, anything to help ;)
It would have been awkward if she was 12 years old.

Well had an M25/M1 journey today so put my Miss Daisy shoes on. About 60 miles in all.

Due to traffic spent most of the time at 60mph on cruise, comfort mode and no flicking the gear selector, 33mpg, quite surprised actually.

Result! (I take it 33MPG) So it is possible.....

Time to start thinking about a trade in for a 1.4 Diesel A6...

Yer MPG, have amended!

It really doesn’t bother me, but does show if you want to the MPG isn’t bad on a run. Will probably be the 1st & last time it sees that level of economy though!

My DRC failed at 1000 miles. Again at 4000 miles. And again at 13000 miles. Knocking. Ended up having 4 new dampers and 3 new accumulators. A pair of the latter fixed the issue and it was trouble free when sold at 35000 mies.

Of course, we don't buy these cars to be 'economical'! But great to see that it is possible on such a performance car! And shows the 4cylinder mode works!! With my old C5 on a run I think the max I got was touching 28...

DRC - I thought they had sorted this on the C7? But no. My C5 was a nightmare.. In the end Audi actually wrote me out a cheque to take it to Unit20 to have coilovers fitted - Seriously!!!! This is why I binned the WMS warranty and took out the Audi Extended as the service was so good!

From what I have read about the C7 it is much less likely to fail but evidently there are cases when it does!!

350miles out of a tank?! Wow. I've had mine a little over a year already and I prob average 200-220 on BP Ultimate.

Recent major service at MRC, plugs, filters, diff oils etc etc was c.900 plus I supplied oil and plugs @ around 300 ish.

I expect to have to replace discs and pads all round sooner rather than later @£1500 ish - but coming from an RS4, that's normal.

Regular 6mnnth visual service rubbish at Audi for around £200. Tyres @ £500 per axle (I had a nail a week after collecting so replaced pair).

Guess that's largely it. It's a great car, normal ish RS premium prices really.

Just took delivery of Air Filter, Oil Filter, Pollen Filter and 8x Spark plugs, all from Audi Stafford with an invoice for the records.

My local indy charges £99 for oil change, so I reckon all in it shouldn't cost more than £375, i'll change the air and pollen filter myself!

I would normally let my local indy take care of it but the diff oil change was problematic in that apparently you need specialist software which he doesn't have. I guess no harm having an MRC invoice too.

Apparently the plugs are a bit of a pig to get at, recall that alone was 3.5hours labour or something daft.

Just changed my air filter that supposedly didn’t need changing for at least 6 months according to the schedule.

Filthy and more leaves than in my garden during Autumn!!

Also noticed that the last time it was changed they must have broke the little tab on the lid..... thanks Audi! Still closes tight though.

Might just be wishful thinking but seems to run better.....

A warning light appeared on the dashboard so off it went to the dealers and to be fair they were straight on it- - NSF went. then OSR went a few weeks after the NSF was sorted out.

My PE has no DRC as didn't want it and I can't tell the difference. Although it lowers itself when I get in and out of the car (not all the time) that I have no control over. Haven't found the 155 restriction too in place yet, given mines not supposed to have the increased limit to 174
