DAMAGED CARBON DIFFUSER FOR SALE / OFFERS

Ok before some of you ask me why am I selling a damaged diffuser, let me explain. I did used to be on fb but its not for me so I no longer use it, but while on there I was made a lot of offers for my damaged carbon rear diffuser. Now what they wanted this for or why is not my concern, maybe to repair it, maybe to copy it I don't know but obviously I don't condone copying someone's design but at the end of the day if I sell it then what someone does with it after is not my concern.

I am no professional, but in my opinion it can be repaired, but for me not knowing about carbon fiber or having the time to do a repair ive finally sourced a new one I HOPE !!! so will be selling my damaged one.

So I have for sale a rear carbon fiber diffuser, its the one some of us have and most of us want, originally purchased via sheppy on this site 2 yrs ago. I ran over a deer which the car in front had killed and as it passed under my car it broke the rear diffuser sadly. It is still on the car, and from what I can see most of it is still there and if any little bits are missing then im guessing for those who know what they are doing then they can repair the bits and the cracks, it does have a few cracks in it but as I say its still complete as far as I can tell and still looks good as its still on the car.

So basically I am willing to take offers on this, be it from £25 to what ever its worth to you, I will not be removing it from my car and sending to to anyone until my new one has arrived and ive fitted it simply because my original bumper had to be cut and modified and as I use my car daily I am not driving around with a big gap in my rear bumper. So I will allow anyone to make me offers on this item, and will leave it open for say 7 days, the highest bidder can then have it no matter how high or low that offer is I cant be more fair than that as I know these things are very sought after and hard to get hold of. I will require a 50% deposit incase I get messed around so this wont be refundable unless for any reason I don't receive my new one and have to repair this one myself. all offers will have postage added on too obviously which im led to believe is approx. £40 but will double check this and send proof of postage.

ok here are some pictures, first one is as it looks so as you can see unless you look hard you cant really see any damage, the other pictures ive added arrows to show what damage I can see, if there's anything extra ive not seen then so be it as this is sold as seen but im being honest as I can and this is all the damage I can find

well by all means pm me your highest offer as ive only offered this starting today, and see what happenes by this time next week, but please remember everyone that I wont be removing this from the car until or if im sent my new one, so I will require a 50% deposit next week via paypal and just note the cracks may or may not widen when I remove it from the car but you can basically see what your getting. From what I can see, I think just adding fibre glass on the inside will fully strengthen this anyway, as for cosmetics then just adding some carbon over the top would do it, but as I say I know nothing about repairs.

yes agreed to be honest, hmmmm maybe resorting to a repair then which I don't want to do ffs

lol I wouldn't do that to fellow rs owners lol, think I will attempt to fix it myself as everything I can see for sale sucks
