Newbie potentially

Hello everyone. I’m in need of some advice. I’m looking at an rs4 b7 at the moment. When does the timing belt need changed? When does the auxiliary water pump need changed and when does the clutch need changed. Thank you in advance for your replies.

It's a timing chain, not a belt. Doesnt need changing as far as I'm aware.

Not sure on water pump. Clutch depends how it's driven but circa 100k miles seems common. Mine is still fine at 85k.
