Normal aftermarket wheels are boring, it's the 34" Chrome ones you want to be considering :bigblink: chrome.jpg
mmm tempted but they need spinners

Anyone running 20" 10.5 25et
as this is Vossens recommendation just wanting to see if anyone has real world experience of this size on standard 275 30 tyres as regards to stone chipping clearance etc
275 on a 10.5 is a bit of a stretch. Having said this I have 285 on my 10.5 and they look OK.

Yes that's what I thought
I was thinking more 10" with the 275s
But I'm still torn between the vossen VFS4
And the ABT GR alloys but they are about 1k more than the Vossens

I paint the existing wheels black on mine and added 15mm Spacers to front and 20mm to the back (H&R). if you're more conservative you could go 10mm front and 15mm back. It makes the arches look loads better and is a super cheap modification.

One tip to mention, there is a screw holding the liner in place at about 1 o'clock as you look at the drivers side wheel (RHD) and these are real belt and braces. You don't need them, they are only on the front, and they cause rubbing against the tyre that is otherwise not apparent when you remove the clip.
Did you use extended wobble bolts? or switch ot using standard radius bolts?

A question which I can't find addressed here so far, and which a previous B8 owner may (??) be able to confirm for me.

I have B8, getting delivery of B0 in couple of weeks. I have aftermarkets on the B8 which I'd like to carry over also to the B9.

My understanding is that B8 & B9 offsets are both 26, and that B9 calipers are 4 pot instead of 6 pot on the B8.
The B9 should offer more clearance than the B8 for same alloys, so I'm thinking.

Ahead of car delivery and actually physically checking, might anyone have direct experience taking B8 alloys and using, without adjustment, on B9? There are no issues, correct?

Thx in advance.

Does that mean that Audi's production has now restarted ?

My car had build finished at start Dec. so production is happening. As some have noted in separate thread - me being in Japan - there may be different production plan(s) according destination markets. I have seen no posts indicating orders starting in UK this year, yet.
[Japan will only have B9 RS4 introduction from end this month v's other markets starting more than 18months ago...so that maybe justifies the push to get RS4 on the Market here, before it becomes labelled as 'previous model' ! :) ]

Appreciated. Had not seen.

On separate note, SINCE I posted above I visited my Dealer today. As of Jan 9, he showed me a posting from Audi Japan to it's Dealers that B9 RS4 20" offset has "changed" from E26 to E22 (twenty two). 19" wheels are not impacted.

I don't have the reason for this, but nor do I know if Audi would change ET's by destination Market regulation - if necessary - in which case a) is this Japan only? , OR b) might it be running change on all future Global Market builds?

[Ironically, it means that in Japan this new offset requires the addition of 'fender flaps' to both front and rear, those goofy plastic extension ribs seen on some models,......which makes me think that the ET change was not dictated by a Japan Regulation need. Rather the 'fender flaps' are being added for Japan Regulation need 'BECAUSE the offset has changed' - that would be my interpretation].

Back to where I started ... :)

Where I am at the Carbon Pack does not include those (wit reduction 2kg/wheel) milled 5 spokes. For some reason they're currently an option on the RS5 but not the RS4. Go figure:-(
I'll work something alternative out in time, as prefer black alloys on Sonoma Green. The spec's silver / anthracite alloys I'll hang with in the mean time:)
