2007 B7 RS4 engine emissions warning light?

H there. This has recently come on. Anything to worry about? If not - how can I turn it off?

I'd be getting it looked at professionally. If the car is otherwise running normally it may be nothing, but not something I'd risk.

Need to get it scanned to see what the fault code is to diagnose further really.
