Disappointed in you Mike - I was confidently expecting a pic of some you had in your store cupboard along with a message they weren't for sale!!

And as for your suggestion - I've always worked on the basis that prevention is better than cure! :thumb:

Don't worry, pics will follow - when I've had time to put them on!

Oddly I actually moved into RS ownership from a couple of Volvo V70R's - the 4 wheel drive version used by the police. Good cars, but used to eat propshaft bearings!

And before you all get too heated about the flaps, they must exist because in parts of Europe they are mandatory on the rear of the vehicle because they have extensive dirt roads! Still, perhaps if Brexit fails, they'll introduce that rule over here - then we'll see who's smiling!! :rocker: :rocker:

Mine are currently in transit in Poland apparently!! :boots:

Even that stereotype would kick you out.

Think more along the lines of stained Beige trousers, knitted tank top and a comb over.

Mudflaps on a RS...honestly :bash:

Haha reminds me of the story my mate told me (not sure if it was true or not) where he was dying for a crap on the way home from a night out and climbed into a garden for said poo. He then used the sheets on the washing line to wipe his Gary. The next day when the opened the front door, the shitty bed sheets were on his doorstep with a note that read "once you've washed and returned the sheets you can have your wallet back".

Oh all right - they arrived this afternoon!

Don't have time to fit at present, but did just offer up to see whether they will fit. As I suspected they are not shaped precidely to fit the RS6 (different cill shape), but I reckon a few minutes with a Stanley knife and I should have that sorted!

Oh - and the rubber smell..... :bigblink:

RS flaps?! Does this mean Dave will park his car one day, only to return and discover an Audi 'enthusiast', enthusiastically bringing himself off against the flaps of an RS?
*bam_bam feels the twinge of excitement at doing something for the first time*
