Ebay, where else! I dare say there are some others that do fit though. Bit of a gamble. They look well made and work so it's a shame.
The ones I got from Audi Retrofits https://audi-retrofits.co.uk/ fitted my RS6 very well once I figured out how to dismantle the mirrors. No gaps at all on reassembly.

So you fitted them yourself? And no gaps? Hmmmm. Might have to give them a shout.

I also fitted some sweeping dynamic wing mirror indicators. They work really weel but fitted terribly. Huge gaps with the lower wing mirror caps. I'll probably have to take them off and go back to oem.
That's a shame to hear that the dynamic wing mirror indicators don't fit correctly! I would have been interested in fitting these to my RS7 PE.
Where did they come from Mike?
The 6 mirror housing is different to a 7.

Yes it is, I didn't spot that Rob said it was an RS7. But I'm sure they probably do an A7 version too.

With new spacers and lip spoiler.

That's all I've got at the moment though.
Hi Mike,

Which lip spoiler is that please? Is it CF? How easy, or not, to fit?

Thanks,
David

It's the 3 piece ProTuning.lv one. And yes it is all carbon fibre.

Fitting was pretty easy once I got round to jacking the front up. You need to remove the front undertray section and drill the spoiler and underside of bumper to bolt it on. I didn't want to drill into my oem carbon lip spoiler though so didn't support the centre section properly but ended up losing the section on the motorway. The beauty of it being 3 piece is that you can just buy the bit you need once you smash it into a kerb etc.

CheeRS,
Looks like they fit OK then Rob. Couldn't see any gaps like I had.
