Back end built up now. All cleaned and wax oiled.

Front end tomorrow. Nice to clean everything and get rid of all the debris collecting behind those arch liners and under body trays.

Amazed at how good the brake lines are compared to the stuff I work on.

Looking good, bet you will be glad once it’s all done and you can sit back and enjoy your hard work.

Cheers

Great work. Are you going to change your brake hoses for braided ones. The cheapest most effective mod I find.

Not at this stage. Will do that when I do the brakes towards back end of next year.

It’s almost completed! All arches cleaned out and wax oiled. Suspension almost fitted. Just need it to settle on the springs for a few days and then corner weight/ride height setup and a 4 wheel alignment on our Hunter aligner. Image

Looks so good in red against the black trim now.

Excellent work. Can you tell me where you got the black RS4 badge from? Or have you just painted yours?

Cheers

I'm pricing up a suspension upgrade. Bilstien PSS9 seem to be favoured over the K&W V3 for those mortals simply " driving" a B7 RS4 as opposed to racing or tracking one.

Unless of course you go down the Koni route.

I have KW club sport dampers and springs on my GT3 which are brilliant for track use. For rod use the PSS9 kit like I have just installed is very good.

Our cars look VERY similar - only the wheels differ!

Don’t suppose you’d be interested in swapping your OEM silver wheels for my OEM satin black?
