Hi folks. It's time to sell my B7 RS4 after 5 years and I'm about to order an S4 avant. I'm hoping for some opinions on options on the S4.

I'm considering the following options but would like to be sensible about it.

Rear diff - I've not driven one with this.
B&O - unfortunately it's only available as part of the comfort and sound pack and I don't need the rear view camera.
Adaptive suspension - I drove one without and it seemed fine.
The sales guy suggested matrix lights. If the standard LEDS are better than the adaptive xenons in the B7 then I think I'd be happy with them.

I'm also looking at carbon inlays, 5 V spokes, virtual cockpit, folding mirrors and memory seats.

Thanks.

No direct S4 experience but of the Audi’s I’ve owned and other marques I’ve owned and borrowed ...

... if you drive hard then the sports diff is important in my eyes.

I have the matrix headlights and effective virtual Cockpit in my merc and I wouldn’t want to really be without either. Also had the same on loan RS5s etc too

Enjoy and good luck

Thanks for your reply 535dboy.

I'm narrowing my choice down. Rear Diff is on the spec sheet now.

Yes I'm looking forward to it. It's not an RS, but I was surprised at the performance on the short test drive I had. I'll miss the V8 and the special feeling every time I get in it, but I won't miss the idiots wanting to race.
