A couple of deliveries for the RS today..
Replacement of the missing air compressor... Sealant was also out of date.
2 x2gb SD cards which are hopefully comparable with RNS for my music. They are non SDHC cards so should work... About to test in a moment

I think all 2gb cards will be compatible as they are less than the 4gb that the HC versions start at.

I had hoped the same Mike but unfortunately when I tried a 2GB SDHC card it didn't work either..... That being said I'm not convinced it was a genuine card... I think it was a knock off Chinese version with a Sticker on it.MikeFish wrote:I think all 2gb cards will be compatible as they are less than the 4gb that the HD versions start at.

Where did you get the air compressor & Sealant from mate? And what did it cost, if you don't mind?

I didn't think you could get 2gb SDHC cards.RS55 VAG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2018 7:25 pmI had hoped the same Mike but unfortunately when I tried a 2GB SDHC card it didn't work either..... Yeah I think you are right. I may have had a very iffy Chinese card.MikeFish wrote:I didn't think you could get 2gb SDHC cards.RS55 VAG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2018 7:25 pmI had hoped the same Mike but unfortunately when I tried a 2GB SDHC card it didn't work either..... A little (but highly labour intensive) upgrade over the past few days... Replacing the stock plastic inlet actuator arms with metal ones.
OK sure this does nothing for performance etc however I found a small hairline crack in one of mine when I had the manifold off for a check post carbon clean.
Only option on the market are these metal ones from 034 Motorsport. Not cheap by any means but they are better than having to buy an entire manifold assembly from Audi.
