Is this not due to Audi really pushing the exclusive range?? By offering less options it pushes customers to go exclusive

Possibly.
There is also only one "pack" available (comfort pack) so you have to spec dynamic suspension, steering and ceramic brakes as separate individual items. There is no "pack" option for these like in other rs models gone by.
