Farewell & goodbye to THE C6 :(

Post by classba » Wed Feb 03, 2016 1:03 am

It has been a very long road to have gotten to the state of tune and cosmetic looks of my C6 and the time has come to let it go to a good home.

It will be massively missed especially the sheer power and excitement and IMO, I don't think there is another C6 out there that comes close...NVM, I have enjoyed the journey in achieving what I have set out to do and now... I'm riding in a SQ5 baby wagon :)

Luckily, it's staying within the forum and best of luck to the new lucky owner.

Elvis has now left the building lol :)

Never expected Classba to sell .. his owning of a C6 was like a foundational thing of world stability

Any hints as to what your getting in exchange ? :beerchug:

Lol... I too never expected to sell the 6 until 8 months ago since I have a baby girl on the way so it had to be done sadly.

Bought a SQ5 as a baby wagon ( can't replace the 6... I've just moved on lol ) and although I have already turned it to 375ps/775nm, it is so bloody slow in comparison and even the R8 GT is no match. :(

Yes Mike... an SQ5 in Panther black with 21's lol :)

Just gonna keep 2 cars in the house hold for NOW and maybe seeing your new C7 Performance in AITP this year might change things.... :biggrin3:

My 6 month old baby likes the rs6....

Anyway hope you can enjoy any other car... difficult, perhaps?

Hope you still come back here from time to time! TC

Sad news :(

Can't see why an SQ5 is better, if it's for the other half then fair enough I suppose. I manage to squeeze a 2yr old, 6yr old and 10yr old in the back of my C6 no problem.

Look forward to seeing what the next project is (twin turbos on that pedestrian R8 of yours ;) )

(I write this from the waiting room while the C6 is being cleaned and polished)

Yes it's sad news and NO the SQ5 is not better in any ways apart from not drinking so much :)

It's more a car for the other half so who knows what will come next :0

NOOOOO... I truly hope you're not only spending a fiver for the Bosnians to clean your belovered lol :)
