sounds great, my only advice is 'dont try and fit too much in' unless you do really have the time. you will want to enjoy the places you visit rather than just being on the road all the time.

Thats not too dis-similar to what the guys did in June, I'll see if I can dig out the route on a map for you. They had some cracking roads although Monaco and Paris weren't on there, they can be routed too easily enough.

That sounds like a great trip, Lake Garda is a beautiful place, stayed in Salo and it was lovely.

I did a 10 day driving trip down to Switzerland and north Italy via Belgium and Germany in August - a lot of fun, but a long way too (3822km door to door).

Here's the route I took: https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid= ... sp=sharing

Highlights for me were Lauterbrunnen (unfortunately Jungfrau was in cloud for us that day), Grimsel, Furka and Gotthard Passes, Lake Maggiore, and the San Bernadino Pass (take the old road, not the new one, and hope you don't get some plonker block the road when they crash off a hairpin ). Stelvio Pass was ok, but narrow and very busy - I had more fun on some of the other passes. And of course a visit to the Nurburgring on the way home :D

Some pics here: https://goo.gl/photos/V61d52jVsbciBCsh9

And a video of driving up Furka Pass (one of my favourite passes of the trip)

WOWOWOWOW

Today I did Grimsel Pass, Furka Pass and Susten Pass ... then headed back up the Black Forest B500.

Wow!

what day.

amazing.

Grimsel was good, Furka wasnt great. but Susten !! WOW, that was AMAZING !!

then the B500, wow. The B500 is actually in 3 sections. I too the L93 to connect one to the other, and OMG, this was the best driving road I've ever been on. Then I hit the last 30miles of the B500 at 8pm so it was EMPTY and it was just epic.

Absoltuely buzzing. Loads of photos.

The XE is phenomenal
