Could be SS+ suspension?

Check the option code Sticker. The build code for Super Sports Suspension is 2ME, whilst the standard RS4 suspension is 2MC.

There should be a sticker on the inside cover of your Service History booklet, this lists out the spec codes from factory.

You can then pop those into something like this to decode them - http://igorweb.org/equidec/
Sepang Blue B8 RS4, MY14, All option packs, B&O, Adv Key, Adapt Cruise, Pan Roof, Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust, + more.
Previous - Sprint Blue B7 RS4 Avant, Ceramics, Sunroof, SS+, Buckets, FBSW, Bluetooth, 2010+ RNSe
Previous - Phantom Black B7 RS4 Avant, Black Optics, Titan pack, SS+, Buckets, FBSW

Sounds right, if the original owner had selected 1LU (Ceramics) then ticking another box and spending a few hundred pounds more for the SS+ suspension would figure.

Seems you have an even better spec than you originally thought. Still, would look great with spacers. :biggrin3:

Another useful post I've stolen from Sam:

Ha to be honest I spaced the golf and it 100% made the car stance so much better but I did all 4 corners fronts due to the big brakes .
Is it the said rule you guys only space the rears ? Do the fronts cause to much "poke"
And what's the best size to use on rears ? :biggrin3:

The most common spacers are 8mm at the front and 10mm at the rear. Some have done 10mm all round or 10 front and 12 back but 8/10 seems most popular and gives no rubbing issues.
