Oxford Audi in Kidlington........TERRIBLE!!!

Post by vestax32 » Tue Aug 07, 2012 5:06 pm

So angry and its such a long story that I can't be bothered to go into it, but just a word of warning to others, I have literally never had worse customer service, and been f***ed around as much as when dealing with the bottom feeding morons that work at Kidlington Audi! They clearly know NOTHING about RS cars and are more used to diesel A3's, and also clearly know nothing about how to keep customers, as I will never walk through their doors again. Rant over!

it's*

I did my work experience at Oxford Audi as a kid, seemed fine. Hope you find a dealer you're happy with soon. Try Camberly if it is service/repair work you need.

Hate to say it but I did tell you about them...
There's a very good reason I went to Aylesbury instead of Kidlington for Audi related stuff.

Yes Ads you did! I wouldn't give Audi Kidlington the time of day ever again. To be honest I HATE using main dealers, would much rather use a specialist, so now the approved warranty has expired and it's moved onto the Inchcape all parts warranty I think I'll be using MRC from now on.......

Must be just me then.

Although I was clearly told by CS that they could only suggest a course of action to the dealer (Taunton) and not force them to do anything as it was 'just' an approved used car.

Wrote to dealer principle - not interested
Wrote to group MD - swept under the carpet
Wrote to Audi uk MD - told the above

Not sure what else I could do.

This has been the first occasion where I have felt zero brand loyalty after buying a car :boohoo:

the first two dont suprise me, but the 3rd does

write to the MD of Volkswagen Group, honestly, your "zero brand loyalty" comment will strike a chord with him

Think it was Martin Sander at Audi uk.

Not the best person to have contacted then?

I assume you are referring to Simon Thomas?

I may well forward him a copy of my complaint although I try not to think about it too much as it winds me up still, even after several months.

Cheers for the heads up :beerchug:
