This happened to mine..got it fixed when car ws under warranty, quite a big job as the drivers seat had to be removed and stripped down!! was in Audi 3 days..anyway was a solenoid valve which was leaking...or so i was told been fine since fixed...
With the box ticked and not in sport mode, move the bolster to where you want it.
