I will say however Tyneside Audi servicing has gone up in my estimations. Used to be shocking, but the introduction of C&B's only decent service front desk people in Jonny and Claire plus a couple of decent techs and master tech means I will use them. Only major downside is that their parrts dept is offsite at the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, who's warped logic that was we will never know. So effectively parts are 2 miles awya but can take all day to get from department to techs in workshop dependent on van deliveries.
Sales though bar one guy are hopelessly out of touch. If you want an Audi at a a competitive price and a good deal don't buy from Colebrook & Burgess Group.
For sales I will always used Harold Wood Audi on the A12 Colchester Road in Essex. Top notch service and have always done everything they can for me when buying all 4 Audi's that I have bought from them plus two company cars they got for my old firm.

Rest have been very poor, make me want to never enter the showroom again.

Understand your frustrations, I've bought a load of cars from them and I have to say the really don't seem too bothered. Had loads of problems with my R8, new engine fitted at 1500 miles due to odd engine noise, they had the car for 5 weeks, collected the car to find the noise was still there, big problems getting the situation resolved, eventually car was replace with a deal from Audi Uk.
Elliot is very good as is Bill. RS5 is on pre-order, I really would like to have ordered it from another dealer but convienience overules hard feelings

Cardiff Audi are a bunch of tools BUT Sinclair Audi in Swansea on the other hand were awesome. Had to pop down there over holidays for a actuator for the boot and they were awesome, very friendly, very chatty, free coffee & biscuits while I waited for about 40 odd mins whereas Audi Cardiff couldn't be @rsed with me....
A nice sensible family estate

Tonbridge Audi......
started off very good..... but soon found out that the service techs were worse than useless and one particular service advisor was a proper <beep>. Actually banned me from the dealers. I was on the phone to him to ask whether they had trouble refitting my milltek because every joint was blowing after a gear box replacement (that i subsequently discovered they botched too) when I heard him say to his colleague, Ive got that <beep> "moocher" on the phone whinging about his exhaust, thats it I am banning him from the service centre. Unfortunately he didn't realise that he had not muted his phone.
I calmly explained that i had heard everything he said, and do you know wha\t the <beep> said. "Good- its true!"
i spent nearly 80k in that dealership in 12 months, had bent over backwards to help them out by not taking courtesy cars because they were short, I even cut short a holiday in cornwall to take one back, "because they needed it for a high status customer and would i mind!!" When i pointed this out to him he said, "so, do you think we need you?"
I was so angry that I jumped in the car and went down there, but didnt even get thru the door.....
Cnuts
It's all Bollox.
Half of what you read is bull and the other half is all <beep>.

The parts deptartment seems alright to me. It is half a mile away in a trading estate but the guys in there are friendly, helpful - text me when they get an out-of-stock part in and got a nice chat and coffee when I only went in for wiper blades lol
