Hi there - I am having real problems with the above.
I have got eveything working, but when I use the Parrot only the front upper speakers mute.
The rear speakers and I think the front lower ones continue to work.
Is it just a case that I need to connect a mute wire - if so where does it connect to.
My car is a A4 - 57 Reg (B7) - with RSN-E nav but NO bose.
Many thanks for any help. Mark
Problems connecting Parrot Bluetooth to RNS-E
RE: Problems connecting Parrot Bluetooth to RNS-E
is it parrot 3200? if so there will be three mute wires in the loom. you need to monitor which one goes low and hook it up to the back of the unit.
post a pic of the loom, might be able to describe it better.

Thanks Matt - I have located the mute wire from the Parrot (yes 3200) - but am unsure where (what pin) I connect to on the RNS-E system.
Thank you for your help.

Connect it to the pin called Tel Mute (look on the label on the top of the RNS-E for the pin number).mrdeli wrote:Thanks Matt - I have located the mute wire from the Parrot (yes 3200) - but am unsure where (what pin) I connect to on the RNS-E system.
