Just got back in the country and trying to catch up on all the 'goings on' RS related...

Count me in definitely !!

From a requirements point of view, if we can get a couple of things to keep the nippers quiet (bouncy castle etc), then the whole clan will prob. make an outing.

Thanks for all the support guys, keep em coming. We need 60 cars to make this event viable, ideally 100.

It will not be at Donington, there is no runway.

Brunters is one of a few we have on the final list mate, thanks though  , we're in negotiations and still trying to work the figures for best event location/ against prices we believe people are prepared to pay/ against the number of people we can get to attend - it's a nightmare  but we're getting there

well what a tempting thought... top welly in the RS:) meet up with more forum members and put a face to names.

OK:

how many would be coming down from Scotland? this central UK speak tends to forget those above Carlisle.. ie everything is either Castle Combe, Donnington,Chatsworth House, Goodwood etc. NOTHING ever happpens up here for Audi Drivers:(

Prestwick airport has one of the longest runways in the UK but to use the runway CERTAINLY would take some nifty talking air traffic control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

classic cars was mentioned early on... so would this be Ur quattros then? I am sure there would be interested people on the quattroforum who would LOVE to do this.

This could be a fanststic day out if those in charge can pull it off and keep costs to within reason.

Good luck with the planning guys

Id be up for this one.

Most southerners are sat in traffic half the time (and for us Londoners, make that all the time) - the least you can do is come visit!

Quattrokid, Yea I'd be up for this..... Got a couple of other Audi types that would probably want to come too..... If need be I could probably rally some non Audi specific owners and call upon all VAG owners, if we need the numbers bumped up a bit.
