A good company to check out when it comes to hybrid turbos is blouch. A number of people and big tuners have been running there hybrids and have had very good luck. http://www.blouchturbo.com/

How much import duty do you need to pay for stuff coming from America? Anyone know?

Depends what they mark it down as. Usually If something is around £1150, then you have to pay abut £250. My friend got some turbos and they were marked down as $600 and gort charged £70 as far as I can remember.

Did some digging. It's 10% duty, then 17.5% VAT on top of that. Works out around 29%.

i import a lot of stuff from the us for my harley, if you ask whoever is supplying to mark down the value or mark as waranty return or sample there is no vat or duty. not strictly legal but i have found if u explain about duty or taxes most people will do one of the above
