What I'd give for one of those !
Trouble is, I have a feeling what ever it took it would include both testicles too, and I'm not done with them - just yet

btw, whats the price on one of these - my dealer hasn't let me know yet...

DaveP, not sure which John you meant.

assuming you meant me:
nope, not going to wait for the new RS4 avant now. I have decided I will stick with my B5 for a while longer
as it does everything I want of it and don't see the point of putting more money for a B7.
The change of plans therefore meant I was looking for something newer to replace the 993 I have, but that
has to go to finance something else (are you keeping up ? :biggrin2: )

So my current fleet is remaining for a while longer.
Well sort of.
I felt the need to buy a range rover last week :drink:
I think something is wrong with my head !

I do fancy a 997 GT3 though. One day...

JW..... nothing wrong with needing a Range Rover, very able and capable of taking you long distance in great comfort,
I regularly do 3-400 mile trips in a day in mine and enjoy the journey, you do need to keep something speedy about
the garage though........ Dealer has been trying to push me into buying new 997 turbo, but more than happy with my 996,
especially after getting it sorted.. also more than happy to let SL go in July to make way for B7 avant.

Hehe...I actually meant JR, as I thought he was gonna get the 997gt3rs...

I quite like the look of the Range Rover Sport...might get one if I ever win the lottery
or if I get off my butt and start writing some software instead of working for other people !

hi guys, just checking in again.
Simon, I know what you mean about the rangy. I've wanted one for ages. The 17 to the gallon on a run is killing me though. Time for an lpg conversion I think.

JR, glad to hear your still spending on the GT3. Do you recall what you promised your missus when you brought it ?

DaveP, going self employed was the best move I ever made. Well, except to a bigger house for more car/bike space :biggrin2:

Remember, he with the most toys wins. Which means Simon is currently the leader  :beerchug:
