iPhone "Dyno" apps, anyone using them?

I was browsing the App Store on my iPhone earlier and came across some apps that claim to measure all manner of figures on your motor. 0-60, 1/4 mile etc are all quoted?
Anyone used them and if so what are your thoughts?
I'd love to get some real figures on my RS3!

-not used them in the RS4, but have in my 'play' cars..
:- 'Pocket Dyno' - it's not too far off (when compared to Santa Pod official timings)
Also use 'Car Tools' which is good for an accurate GPS speedo (more accurate than the speedo in my old VW)
..ultimately, a bit of fun, quite informative, but any figures (other than speed) take with a pinch of salt...

Yes, a pinch of salt is needed, had the RS3 at 4.2 to 60mph over the weekend
