Replace caliper decals

The caliper decals on my rs4 have seen some heat by the looks of things and the red square has gone pink, the white RS has disappeared and only the silver outline remains. Are the decals easy to take off as I can get high temp replacement decals? Or are they painted on?
Any help would be sound. Thanks

I know you can buy replacement decals - I've bought those exact ones amar. What I need to know is if the ones on now come off or if I'm going to have to put the new ones "on top" of the faded ones?
