And is this an a8 climate control unit????

Amanda, it says in the thread you bought it from it is an 'analogue' tv tuner, the climate control unit is for a D2 A8/S8 from late 1999-2002.

Yes I know Amar but fur (cannot do the umlauts) means "for" so the unit says "for rsne " so I am confused as it doesn't look my old rsnd unit that I took out hence my question ?

My car came from factory with RNS E and a TV tuner which is analogue, so it is possible to have an RNS E non digital TV tuner if that is what you're thinking.

Hmmmm I didn't know that..... I assumed all rsne was digital!

assumption is the mother of all fcuk ups !
