Price check please on rs4

Was planning on going to look at an 06 rs4 convertible black with cream leather, fsh, 48k miles, manual, not sure on owners, asking £22000? Wondered what your thoughts were? What should I look out for. Thanks

Seems to have a fairly good spec including an Audi Exclusive interior, i'd say it was a good price if the car checks out ok :)
