Stolen RS4?

Just got a call from a friend near Peterborough and the general jist is...
If anyone spots a stolen thread with that registration however, the car is sited in Peterborough and being thrashed around chased by police.
*I put the registration onto Ask Mid and it's coming back as uninsured?
** Put the registration onto HPI Checker and it doesn't even exist.
Might not be the correct registration then I guess friend might of not clocked it correct as it sped past but guessing it's something along those lines.
