Hi all, I am planning a trip across europe for my honeymoon. 3 weeks driving, final destination - The Amalfi Coast.
I expect to do around 4.5k miles in total.
My question is can anyone offer advice on purchasing Fuel abroad? As I will spending a lot of money on Fuel, are there any rewards points systems that I can use? Shell etc? (I have a v-power club card) and is it best to pay by credit card or cash? (I use a tesco cc for clubcard points in the u.k.)
Any thoughts or advice welcome.
Thanks
Paul

Yeah I know it's gonna be expensive but can't imagine driving stelvio and all the other great alpine roads in a diesel!!
Going to make time for the missus for sure but she has said we can do some places of interest for me - ie Nurburgring etc

Had this card recommended to me:
http://www.caxtonfx.com/Personal/travel_money.asp
Looks ideal as there is no charge for ATM withdrawals and bank beating exchange rates apparently!!
