Wheel/tyre change help please...

So guys....hows it hanging? Its been about 2months since I was on the site and whilst I miss the banter, my boss thinks its great I am doing more work..!!
I read the RS4 supercharger post with envy but I am still very happy with the Touareg and pleased I made the swap. The time was right - getting old and all that...
I need some assistance with wheels and tyre combo's for the wifes A4 DTM.
I'm going from 18" to 19" and 235's to 275's (winter tyres). Anyone a whizz with wheel changes and can advise on the correct size of wheel I need?
Current tyre size is 235/35/18 on 8Jx18H2 ET43 wheels. I need to find a wheel (9J) that will home 275/30/19 winter tyre. I don't mind the wheels sticking out a little but ideally I'd like to make use of the tyres as they have only done a few hundred miles.
Anyone got any ideas?
