Wheel/tyre change help please...

I need some assistance with wheels and tyre combo's for the wifes A4 DTM.

I'm going from 18" to 19" and 235's to 275's (winter tyres). Anyone a whizz with wheel changes and can advise on the correct size of wheel I need?

Current tyre size is 235/35/18 on 8Jx18H2 ET43 wheels. I need to find a wheel (9J) that will home 275/30/19 winter tyre. I don't mind the wheels sticking out a little but ideally I'd like to make use of the tyres as they have only done a few hundred miles.

Anyone got any ideas?
