Anyone been in one and can comment on its performance advantage over std..?

They are LOADS faster, close to 400 BHP with a remap on them
Just make sure turbos have already been changed under warranty before you buy one, factory fitted turbos don't last long, remapped or not

How do you "persuade" the OEM warranty company to change the turbo's...?

over here most of the toerags have had them changed during their first year...
