USA cluster?

How would a USA instrument cluster differ from a UK one?
My S4 cluster is faulty and i'm having trouble finding a replacement other than from the dealer which is over £500.
I have asked my local dealer what the difference's between the 2 would be but they said they haven't a clue.
Can antyone help?
