How much do these normally go for, for an s4. the whole interior inlcuding doorcards etc

Depends on the condition I suppose.
Don't think there is much of a market for them amongst S4 owners as unless they have cloth seats they aren't really much of an improvement (ie: same seat shape).
A4 owners are always keen to upgrade their interiors, but as A4's didn't come in Nogaro blue the desire for them may be limited.
You can try dropping Stapo69 a PM. He sold a front set a while back.
