Dave, is it a case of shotblasting and powder coating or are we talking diamond cutting?

Dave, there's also A1 wheels in Bilston. They are meant to be one of the best in the country?

www.speedwells.co.uk
Have used Lap Tab and A1, Lap Tab are a bit hit and miss and A1 did the wheels on my first RS4 to perfection but didn't tell me one was buckled which I found out 30 mins later getting tyre fitted.
Speedwells have done loads for me and can even do odd wheels as they get the colour spot on to OE
Also they remove and refit the tyres within the price which makes then just £5 more than my local powder coated who thinks silver is a shade of grey.
Easy to get to just off A45 around 15 mins from J6 M42

Speedwells charge around £40-50 per rim for normal 1 piece non-polished alloys - this includes fitting the tyre with new valves and balancing which is worth £5-10 alone
