Permenant Avg Speed Cameras, A448 Bromsgrove Highway

I know there's a few of us in this area. It looks like the authorities are building two Specs like gantries about 3 miles apart along the dual carriage way of A448 from Redditch to Bromsgrove. Right now, the build is at the stage of putting power to the gantries and the cameras are expected shortly. I've not seen an installation like this before in the area, but it can be magnet for speeders (ahem) during the summer. Strangely tho' this isn't the section that has seen most (fatal) accidents. Its fairly straight and downhill with plenty of warning before the roundabout. In 10 years Im only aware of one accident in this section of road. Anyways, if yours travels take you to the A448, proceed at the national speed limit for a derestricted dual carriageway.
