The guy who was driving the car is the one in the top pick 2nd person in from the left (fiddling with phone)
He must a really been givin it some to rip the car in half!

I've seen these before and someone said they were fakes. I am unsure though. Anyone know?

IMO I don't think the scenario of the car having had the accident on that road is fake - the person actually standing there with his phone... I'm not so sure about.
After an accident like that, regardless of how OK you look, I'm sure you'd have been in an ambulance to be "checked over" - perhaps he's already gone through that...
However, the only place of that car that seems to still be intact, is the drivers area...

and can you see any blood in the pics at all? in an accident of that nature, there'd be claret everywhere if the skin had been broken.
