Not one minute !!!
OK Eurosport must have the rights to the live coverage of the race but
wouldn't you think they would have live coverage inside their pits, talking
to the drivers letting us "in on the action" letting us see what the Audi VIP
camping area is like, talking to their guests etc. etc.
Everytime I look at the Audi Channel it's the same old repeats, repeats,
never anything new.
Audi what a marketing opportunity missed !!

On another note though, watched the Q7 model walk through the other day on Audi Channel - how technologyless (if there is such a word
) do I feel my car is now...

Eurosport coverage was good... Carlton Kirby is a legend of a commentator, the annual Dakar fest would not be the same without him and he did us proud for Le Mans.
Loved the bit when it was pouring down with rain, and carlton gets all excited and splurts out that "a Peugeot had just posted the fastest lap of the race... incredible" then his fellow commentator advised him that he's looking at the fastest lap screen and any driver going that fast in standing water would be a super-human-driver. To which he said he was clearly suffering from lack of sleep and had just committed career suicide.
Fantastic!

Re: RE: Audi Channel Le Mans Coverage
Ha-ha, I recorded all the Eurosport coverage and have been watching a bit of it now I'm back, but that bit made me laugh. He was mortified that he said that. Who was that girl asking the questions out in the pit-lane? I'm sorry, but she wasn't very good. Maybe she just got the job because she was multi-lingual. Radio Le Mans was up to its usual high quality. If you're not there you can listen to it via the web.SteveH wrote:Eurosport coverage was good...
