Ok you don't like it, you have made your point. The B7 RS4 does not have turbo's and that is not to everyone's liking and perhaps detracts from the RS brand - but lets face it, things move on, I don't think it'll be long before we see a diesel in the RS. Some of us on here like the entire Audi brand and are happy with their shortcomings.
I politely suggest you go and buy a BMW or Merc AMG or something that you prefer and join an enthusiast’s forum for that marque.
And you should take caps lock off.

CAN YOU PLEASE STOP SHOUTING t5 We can hear OK thanks.
As for the B5 vs B7; the B5 may have forced induction but dynamically a B7 will have it's pants down. I've seen plenty a standard B5 be somewhat embarrassed on a track by a standard B7, both driven by the same person to ensure continuity.
Just as well everyone is different eh?

For a start, perhaps you should have tried a little harder at school, specifically English.
Second, i've owned a highly tuned RS6 & a DMS E60 M5 & although the B7 RS4 is perhaps a gnats pube slower in a straight line & i mean .1/2/3 of a second to 60, it's a more capable sports car than either & can play with the big boys on track all day long.
The mfctrs stats on all 3 of those cars are so close to call & the same applies to new M3's & the like. The only thing the B7 RS4 won't give you is the Turbo noise & boost push in the back, but it's as quick & power/torque delivery is far more linear in the N/A RS4.

Torque versus horsepower.
If you buy a NA car and expect to be able to sit in 6th and get going (coz you're too bloody lazy to shift down? I mean where is the fun in driving if all you have to do is hit the loud pedal?) you'll always be disappointed.
Get the car into the powerband and enjoy.
A 996TT will kick a B7 RS4 with its in-gear acceleration times, but its not really a fair comparison. Drop a gear and the RS4 will stick with the turboed Porsche till well into 3 figures.
And in the wet....no comparison with most 2WD monsters.
Is there a faster four door saloon around the Nurburgring?
I don't think so...
I bet it'll be faster than the new RS6 around the 'Ring inspite of giving away 140+hp...

Judging by the wallow in the new RS6 & it's OTT weight, i've no doubt the RS4 will kick it curbward. I've manged 8:29 BTG in my B7 & Walter on sticky rubber has managed 7:58 (IIRC).
Running at VMAX with a good launch, the B7 RS4 will stick close to a stock 996TT to well over 100MPH. The RS4 will never be the fastest car in the world, but as above it's one of the quickest & most capable 4 dooor saloons/avants money can buy.
