They are fun cars when they work. My mate's spent 1/3rd of it's life at the TVR dealership and had a lovely Nissan Micra courtesy car. Hence he got rid of it.

This will be a fun car!
Clare's expecting in Aug and wants another 4x4 (RR sport) so i want something thats got grunt and is fun to drive. Always liked the TVR and I've been aware of the "not so good build" but like the 996 tt, it a car I've always wanted, had it now and it's one to write off my never ending list.
Another car I've fancied having is the Supra, but I'm not sure about owning one.
Time will tell

Awesome car Adam. I looked into them a while back and I was amazed at how few miles they seem to do before they require rebuilding. Checking the PH forums, 40-50k isn't unusual. Maybe we're just spoilt with the Audi's.

I think if you're aware they can have the odd niggle then you'll enjoy them and think nothing of the odd trip to get something fixed, or bolted back on
Got my car going in soon for odds and sods, who know's, when i get it back it could be an even better car than it is now and i find myself holding onto it for many more months.
Guess I'll need to keep it to do this years Rabbit-run, don't think I'd trust a TVR to do loads of miles out of this Country.

Supras can go on for miles - my brother has one and it just keeps going and going - of course it depends how thrashed they are but his is up to about 120k miles and still working (he really doesn't look after it compared to us and our Audis. lol).

They've got it on itv.com recorded so you can watch it online.
Think it's going to be on a few more times, along with the 2006 event.
The 2008's going to be even better!
