They are usually very busy.

Too busy to answer phones.

Its been said before, they rarely answer the phone. Not sure why they dont have an answer phone in place or someone to take calls for them. They been around long enough to implement something as part of their customer service.

3 things you can do.

1) Keep trying

2) Send a PM to Doug_S2

3) Go down there

Im sure youll get through soon.

Imo it's quite hard to answer the phone when you have your hands in an engine bay!!

I've always had replies from doug via pm's.

Perhaps he should get a blue tooth ear piece :biggrin2:

Thats what MRC stands for

Might Return Call

I know off topic, but does any one know what MRC actually stands for?

I find the best time is to phone is morning time before they start any work.

Ive been trying to call for the past few days and not got through either. Gonna try in the morning. Will let you know if I get through.

Almost did that pun myself. Thought it might offend Doug. Truth is it was easier than trying to remember how to spell Minhea or worse spelling it wrong as I am sure I normally do.

Neither of you will get calls back now, and you're off Mihnea's Christmas card list.

TBH, I don't try ringing, I just email, and I do get a reply from Doug.
