Hello to all, i am new to this site and after veiwing it a few time i see that MRC re-mapps are the way forward, so i have booked in my car at MRC for tommorow. But i want to get hold of them before i go to conferm that it is still ok to go, but i just cant get hold of anyone there. Has there number changed or are they mega busy sorting out everyone else's RS4's and S4's. Just wanted to know as i have along way to come tomorrow!!

I heard from Doug earlier on so hes definately around and all seemed well. When he does mapping he takes the car out, so he may have just been out mapping a car at the time you called.

Welcome Paul

Number hasn't changed but they're very busy - try around 9am before you set off tomorrow.

Just noticed on their website a notice advising that they have constuction work going on at the moment,...... and can't answer the phone.

Age old complaint about MRC... DOUG GET A RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN Girl (slim, 5'4-8ish, 18-25ish... you know where I am going with this lol) - Scottish be a bonus too :)

Pauly - keep trying, for 2.7T work it is worth the hassle of getting hold of Doug.

woohoo, i've been trying to get hold of MRC for yonks to get some info about a service for my car which is fast approaching, but no replies to emails and the odd occaision i've been able to try phong i've not got through. I deff want to go there and am keen to get some info on prices and more importantly time as i live a fair distance away from them (sunny south coast near brighton) so needs to be well planned!

Go on Doug, get yourself a receptionist yo uknow it makes sence

I was there yesterday - the noise from the building work is so loud that you can't hear the phone.

And Doug's too tight to get a receptionist (he IS a Scotsman after all  )
