Ok can I say this isnt nessarily my choice of car but hey its free ! I have seemed to for once in my life won a competetion at work and I am due to get a Vanquish S for a long weekend in the next few weeks.... to use as I wish and i think unlimited miles. Clearly I'llhave to remortgage to fuel it but I'm after some advice...

Not sure if this a enviable or precarious situation as at 120k plus my boss is sh***** himself about the huge security bond he put down on it I assume Ill be unemployed if I prang it !! Gutted

Anyway I'm after a couple of idea's on how to get the best from it , where to take it (probably best avoiding the Ring !!) where i can get a good run, avoiding the rozzers and see how the lumpy ol Ford compares against our little sweethearts. Might have to have the missus in it at some point .. but hey if I get an offer !!!

Any ideas, suggestions, input, guys?

Feel free to be abusive if you want !! I know its an old man car...

Cannot offer to much advice other then to say just enjoy the car as much as you can. You will have fun learning how to drive the car with the gearbox that it has. It is an absolute assume motor and if AM hadn't pi$$ed me off so much with my DB9 I would have an "S" now.

Is there enough room in a Vanquish to "have the missus"?
All I can sy is..."you lucky ba**ard"... Enjoy the car!!!

Find out if you will be insured for driving abroad and if so a nice long weekend touring parts of Europe ie;German Autobahn and make sure you get a sticker on it saying 'my other car is an RS4'.
