Personalised Number Plate

Ive been looking for a while now for a nice plate for my beloved (thats my car not my wife), something that represents the car rather than me as i already have a plate on retention which spells my name perfectly, but cant use it because of the age of the RS. Now for those of you who like me flick through Fleabay you would of spotted this P4 YRS for 699.00. Now am i missing something here because the guy claims it is for sale on various number plate companies websites for over 5000, your thoughts please.

Dont buy it though please i saw it first.

Companies take a reg on and try and get what they think it's worth. Buy it from the cheapest place you can find it.

ive just bought a plate for my M5..only paid 376 all in from new reg .com
i also used fancy plates for the plates..

Yeah your probably right gonna leave it dont like the look of it now.

No i thought of PAY RS as thats all i seem to do.

You'll find lots of R5 or R50 type registrations out there. But I've never been able to locate a R54 reg. I was offered a R54 plate once but it was on a car that had failed it's MoT and was going to cost a mint to get it roadworthy in order to transfer the plate off it. Ho Hum.
