Etka 6

Hi,

is ETKA anygood? I've got my hands on ETKA 6 and installed it on my PC. Covers upto 2006 models acros the VW / AUDI range.

I also have Elsawin installed but find it very hard to navigate, but elsawin doesnt seem to be updated, where as ETKA confirms no new updates at present.

Without any training I find it a bit tedious but usually get there in the end. Always foxes the parts boys when you ask for something by part number without the usual "what year is it?" etc. Makes you look a fool when you get it wrong though.

Where did you find Elsawin? I've looked everywhere for it on the net.

You can buy a system called ETOS a parts system for the VAG group for £19 per month for the licence. ETOS is designed for the independant garage/VW parts club members etc. Includes up to date prices of parts. On line Vin/Pir number checks, Easy to navigate.
Weekly price upgrades monthly disc upgrades inc, no messing with hardlock hacks etc.
