That is some resididual value, the car was slightly less than 3 grand new...........

if that car live in a bubble and sold for 22g's then what would some1 pay for micheal jackson..he lives in a bubble with a chimp called bubbles...is he avin a bubble ? :shock:

Obviously its a modern ford classic and with no mileage it is always going to be worth a fair bit, but still 22k and not even sold seems way too much even considering its 'history'

Takes me back. My grandad had a 1300 Supersport when the Fiesta first came out.

I'd expect that car to go for a real premium, but £22K and not hitting the reserver is more than I would have guessed.

Its actually all very strange. Early this year I had to obtain an insurance valuation for my Sierra RS 500, to put it back on the road after 9 years of rest............I paid £19200 for it new in 1988, and the average valuation which came from various sources includung the RS Owners Club, was circa £18000, which aint too bad for an 18 year old dagenham dustbin with some added TWR............ :biggrin2:
